Went to Wonwell first of all as the conditions are better than Bigbury for Southerly winds but there was too much East in the wind and not enough water with the low neap tides. On to Bigbury but I had to wait for the rain to bring the temperature up a bit and increase the wind.

A few others were there including one van that had come down from Nottingham for the day, that's dedication for you! Eventually opted for the big wave board and the 5.4 for a play in the small surf. Only had an hour so it was a case of making the most of it and overcome the psychological barrier of wearing a 5mm wet suit after the last session was in Barbados. A few jumps, gybes and heli-tacks to blow away the cobwebs and ready myself for Rhosneigr this week coming.
